About ReadyTide
ReadyTide is an arrival-ready concierge concept for Florida vacation rentals. We connect guests with local grocers, rental shops, and delivery partners for groceries, beach gear, coolers, and beach-setup rentals.
Our starting point is a small property-manager pilot in one beach town. Guests order through a link or QR code, and local partners fulfill. We do not own inventory, and service availability depends on local partners and delivery timing.
Property manager pilot
Start with a few stays.
The initial pilot has no setup fee. Guest orders are paid separately, with prices determined by available groceries, rentals, and delivery services. Ongoing partnership terms will be agreed after the pilot.
What to prepare
- Your beach town and the properties you would include.
- Your usual check-in windows and property access process.
- The guest essentials you want to test first.
Pilot enrollment is not yet available online. This page outlines the proposed program; it does not confirm service coverage or reserve delivery.
